Home visit consultation- Get to know me
For all my future clients, i offer a free home visit.
This visit entitles you to show me around the house and what rooms you would like me to clean on the future visits.
It is important that you show me all the rooms that you need doing.
Also, any questions you have regarding what you would like me to do can be asked too. I advise all my clients to tell me of any specifics so i can satisfy your household needs.
Your first visit....The most important visit
On the day of your first clean, you do not need to be there if you are busy at work. However, if you feel more comfortable being at home that is OK with me too.
My first clean usually takes longer than regular cleans.
On an average size house, to complete a full first clean it normally takes 4-5 hours depending on what is needed to be done.
In the first clean i will go through each room and complete the following:
- Remove all cobwebs.
- clean the windows/glass and the window frames if needed.
- remove dust from the base boards and door frames.
- remove dust from all the furniture you have.
- Hoover all rooms.
- clean all floors that are not carpet.
- Remove cushions from sofa and hoover underneath.
Bathrooms+kitchens
These are normally the rooms that take the longest in my cleans. We have such hard water in our area that any water left on appliances will form limescale. In these rooms i will:
- Disinfect all appliances and surfaces.
- Soak any appliances in limescale remover if needed. (this does take time so depending on my time i may do this on another clean)
- Remove cobwebs,dust and clean the floors.
- Dry all appliances after cleaning.
- Ensure all taps and shower appliances have the stainless steel sparkle :)
Keep calm.. I am finished :)
Depending on when you choose to have your cleans, i will schedule the following as they do not need to be done at every clean:
- Base boards.
- windows.
- limescale removing.
- Hoover under cushions (unless asked)
- Removing cobwebs
All of the above i will alternate at each visit unless i am asked. If you have any other specific chores you would like me to include then please let me know.

I will always contact my clients 1 day after their first clean.

What I DO NOT do
Unfortunately there are services that i do not offer these are:
- Oven cleaning (inside)
- upholstery cleaning
- defrosting freezers
I aim to keep my standards very high.. Your house is very important to me and keeping it clean is my priority. However, if houses need tidying prior to cleaning i may not be able to complete my cleans in the time asked. If i do come across this situation i will inform you.
Payment policy
All my clients houses are different therefore the amount that is paid can vary.
I offer two types of payment methods:
1. Cash
2. Internet bank transfer (invoice emailed)
It is my policy that all payments are settled within 3 working days.
If however this isn't the case all future cleans will have to be stopped until the payment is received.
